Just a post to let you all you guys know about a very interesting group on Facebook called Save Sci Fi! The group is growing in numbers very quickly and it's sole purpose is to encourage networks to create more quality sci-fi TV! With Fringe leaving the air next season, there isn't much left out on the small screen!

I definitely agree that a lot of our science fiction gets mishandled on TV. While this doesn't exactly stay on topic with my blog 100% I remember how the Sci-fi channel nearly killed Doctor Who in America due to crappy timeslots, editing, and other stuff. Now look at it, it's the top download on iTunes whenever it's out. The same channel now has cancelled almost all of its programming and shows wrestling. I'm a fan of pro wrestling, but not on a channel like that!
